Riverview Music Festival

Welcome volunteer! Meet our brand new one-day festival, Riverview Music Festival, located on the northside of Des Moines at Riverview Park. First off, we highly recommend checking out the website to see our incredible lineup and listen to the artists. Secondly, we want to thank you for diving into the Riverview vibe with us. We created this neighborhood-based festival to shine a light on the northside community and celebrate diversity in Greater Des Moines as a whole. We’ve got a thriving hip hop and Latin scene here, and it’s about to go off.

As a volunteer, you get access to all the good stuff - the music, the food, the fun - while helping us debut a brand new DMMC festival. Events like these support our education programs and overall mission to make Des Moines a destination for music & culture.

Why We Need You
Volunteer needs include set up & tear down, checking wristbands, selling drink tickets & merch, bike valet, and more.

When We Need You
Shifts are approximately 4 hours long, starting with set up on Friday, Sept. 3rd through tear down on Sunday, Sept. 5th. The festival is only one day, Saturday, Sept. 4th.

Volunteer Benefits
In addition to getting the coolest volunteer t-shirt ever, you will also receive a free ticket! Complimentary parking & shuttle are available from the Roadie lot when you show your volunteer t-shirt.
