2022 80/35 Music Festival

JOIN THE 80/35 MIXMASTERS!!

As an 80/35 MixMaster Volunteer, you will have access to the same things as the spectators - the music, the food, the fun and the party. You will play an essential role in the success of this entire event! Only the 80/35 MixMasters will have the opportunity to win some cool 80/35 merchandise swag and other great prizes! You will receive a text upon submitting your registration, be sure to opt-in to receive text messages from us so that you can see if you are a winner during your shift.

MixMaster Volunteer shifts for 80/35 are available Thursday, July 7th, through Sunday, July 10th. Volunteer shifts are four(4)-six(6) hours and a number of shifts are available before and after 80/35 for set up and tear down.

Volunteer jobs include admissions, selling beverage tickets, serving beverages, merchandise, Kid Zone, Green Team and MixMasters Volunteer Headquarters among many more jobs. There is something for everyone and at every age! Sign-up with your family, friends, co-workers, all groups are welcome…we try very hard to make sure your group is able to work together.

MixMaster Volunteer Benefits - in addition to the coolest MixMaster Volunteer T-Shirt, prizes, Green Room (where space allows) experience with healthy snacks (and not healthy), light meals, water, fans, changing room, charging station, First Aid/sunscreen, bug spray, etc., you will also have a place to relax and unwind as needed throughout the festival.

Earn a One-Day Ticket (Day of Your Choice)
- For each four(4) hour shift Thursday, 7/7.

Earn a One-Day Ticket (Day You Volunteer)
- For each four(4) or six(6) hour shift starting BEFORE 6 pm on Friday, 7/8 and Saturday, 7/9

Earn a Two-Day Ticket - A DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS BEFORE YOUR 1ST SHIFT
- For each four(4) or six(6) hour shift starting AFTER 6 pm on Friday 7/8 and Saturday 7/9 or Six (6) hour shift on Sunday 7/10.

There is NOT A DEPOSIT FOR EVERYONE required again this year, UNLESS you are working for a TWO-DAY ticket. All volunteers are required to submit a $5 application fee to reserve their shift. We are hoping that by dropping the deposit for everyone this small fee will allow us to continue to rely on your commitment to volunteer.

IMPORTANT Information Regarding Your TWO-DAY TICKET Volunteer Commitment:

Prior to receiving your TWO-DAY TICKET you WILL be required to provide a bank card number as a DEPOSIT for VHQ to keep on file. Your card will not be charged unless you do not show up at your confirmed job or if you abandon your confirmed shift during the festival. Watch for an email during festival week for your deposit. Please email us at 8035volunteer@gmail.com with questions. The organizers of 80/35 or VolunteerLocal will not have access to your financial card data.
