2023 80/35 Music Festival

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with 80/35!

As an 80/35 Volunteer, you will have access to the same things as the spectators - the music, the food, the fun and the party. You will play an essential role in the success of this entire event! By giving your time to 80/35, you're helping to create a successful event that powers local music community development throughout the year. 

Volunteer shifts for 80/35 are available Thursday, July 6th, through Sunday, July 9th.  Volunteer shifts are four(4)-six(6) hours and a number of shifts are available before and after 80/35 for set up and tear down. 

Volunteer jobs include admissions ticket taking, selling beverage tickets, serving beverages, merchandise sales, Kid Zone, Green Team and Volunteer Headquarters, among many more jobs.  There is something for everyone and at every age!  Sign-up with your family, friends, co-workers - all groups are welcome! We try very hard to make sure your group is able to work together.

Volunteer Benefits - in addition to the coolest Volunteer T-Shirt, you will have access to Volunteer Headquarters (VHQ), where we will provide you with everything you might need during your shift: healthy (and not healthy) snacks, light meals, water, fans, a changing area, first aid/sunscreen, bug spray, etc. You will also have a place to relax and unwind as needed throughout the festival. Earn a One-Day Ticket for A DAY OF YOUR CHOICE

- For each four(4) hour shift Thursday, July 6th.

Earn a One-Day Ticket for THE DAY YOU VOLUNTEER

- For each four(4) or six(6) hour shift starting BEFORE 6 pm on Friday, July 7th and Saturday, July 8th.

Earn a Two-Day Ticket - A DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR TICKET BEFORE YOUR SHIFT

- For each four(4) or six(6) hour shift starting AFTER 6 pm on Friday July 7th and Saturday July 8th or six (6) hour shift on Sunday July 9th.

All volunteers are required to submit a $5 application fee to reserve their shift.  We are hoping that this small fee will allow us to continue to rely on your commitment to volunteer as well as provide you with food, beverages, and perks during your shift. 

IMPORTANT Information Regarding Your TWO-DAY TICKET Volunteer Commitment:

Prior to receiving your TWO-DAY TICKET you WILL be required to provide a bank card number as a DEPOSIT for Volunteer Headquarters to keep on file. Your card will not be charged unless you do not show up or abandon your confirmed shift during the festival. Please email us at 8035volunteer@gmail.com with questions.  The organizers of 80/35 or VolunteerLocal will not have access to your financial card data.
